Each item in our collection is individually crafted to order through our production partner, Printful. This approach allows us to maintain the highest standards of quality and detail.

Production time : 2–5 business days.

Shipping time : 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

As our products are custom made, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at [email protected] with the following :

Your order number.
A clear photo showing the defect or issue.
A brief description of the problem.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following conditions :

The product arrives damaged or defective.
You receive an incorrect item.
A printing or sizing error occurred during production.

Refunds cannot be issued for :

Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Buyer’s remorse or change of preference.
Incorrect size selection when the size chart was available.

Once approved, refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 3–10 business days.

Exchange Policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order after your refund or replacement is processed.
