What happens after I place an order?

Once you place your order, our print partner (Printful) begins fulfilling it. Each item is made on demand and shipped directly to you.

How long does production and shipping take?

Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary by destination but generally take 3–7 business days within the U.S.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can click the link in that email to follow your package.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Because our products are made to order, we only accept returns or replacements for damaged, misprinted, or defective items. Please contact us with photos if this happens.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal, depending on your location and BigCartel’s supported payment methods.
